We used to have a pool and my wife loved swimming as her source of exercise. Our new house could not support a pool. No problem, Northwest Hot Springs literally delivered it with a crane over the top of the house. 4 years later we had a problem with the propulsion motor mount. Again, no problem. Jeff diagnosed the problem over the phone and arranged for the part to be made special for us. Then, Greg drove 4 hours round trip, with the part made for us by the company, installed the motor mount and solved a small electrical problem as well. Greg could not have been more complete and professional. Would not deal with anyone else. Thanks Jeff, Greg, and all at Northwest Hot Springs.
