I bought my new hot tub last summer to replace a very old, mostly broken one. Soul and his team were very helpful with spa selection and installation. All of my questions were answered and Soul provided assistance in locating an electrician to replace old, out of code wiring. The site prep and installation team were courteous and professional. Soul came to the house to ensure it was set up and ready to go. The complete process was smooth and stress free. I use my hot four/five days a week and couldn't be happier with Northwest Hot Spring Spas. Will recommend this business to anyone in the market for a new tub!
