We wanted to let you know what a great job your two employees, Elmer and Paul, did with the delivery, installation, and initial setup of our Vanguard tub. They were knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient, and appeared to really enjoy their work. The process of installing the tub was fascinating to observe, and the tub was moved and then positioned expertly. Even with a little light rain, Elmer and Paul kept at it, and the tub was operational in what appeared to be a minimum of time. The guys were a pleasure to have here, and they are fine representatives of your company. In fact, every experience we had from first questions in the store, to setting up the delivery, to installation was first rate. We especially appreciated the positive attitude we encountered with everyone we met. Keep up the good work, and we will be eager to recommend you to others. Thanks again. P.S.
