We just had a hot tub installed today. Every step of the process went smoothly. Our salesman, Soul, knew a lot about all the different models and was extremely helpful. He even drove out to our house to make sure the delivery could be made (by crane) to our deck, which is tough to access. The men who came to deliver the hot tub were also very competent. When the hot tub tripped the breaker, Elmer knew what was wrong immediately and guided my husband in making the wiring correction. They went through all the chemicals and questions I had regarding using the silver ion system which was unfamiliar to me. I would highly recommend this hot tub store to anyone in the market for a new hot tub.
