We bought our hot tub from Northwest Hot Springs in 2003. This last winter we had a lot of flooding in our area and our "full" hot tub floated away. Once the water level went down and the hot tub came to rest, we emptied it, let everything dry out as much as possible and only had to replace the GFI. This incredible hot tub went right back to full working order. The heater and ozonator started up and we are once again enjoying it. YAHOO!
