Awesome Experience!
Superb customer service to go along with a great product!!!! We recently purchased an Envoy spa and a Covana cover to go along with it. The guys that came to deliver and set up the spa were awesome!!! It was pouring rain and they made sure everything was placed as we wanted it. Our electrician was not available to run our electrical work until the day after we took delivery of the spa, and our sales person (Shaun) made a special trip out to make sure we received a full rundown on how to work the spa and cover and ensure I was familiar with the chemicals and when/how to use them!!! It has been such an awesome experience dealing with everyone at Northwest Hot Spring Spas - Ferndale!!!!! Thank you for employing as high quality of representatives as the quality of your products!!!!
