Very Respectful, Polite, and Fun

I have purchased two hot tubs from NWHS and had many of visits to the Burlington store for supplies over the past 10 years. These guys are the nicest and coolest team around. They are even nice when they give you bad news (usually things out of their control). Jordan in sales is a top notch guy and was extremely patient with me when I was drilling him with questions and concerns. The installation and delivery team Quinn and Marcus were very respectful, polite, and fun to small talk with. I was a little uneasy spending money on another hot tub, but after they delivered and installed the tub, the family was super excited to have a fresh new hot tub. Ken came out and helped me with my setup and educated me on a few maintenance procedures. In this day and age with so much bad service, it is really nice to walk away not being pissed off. The last company I gave a review on should take some lessons from NWHS. Thanks guys!
