Very reliable, responsive and affordable

We’ve been using these guys over the last year to service our 20 year old pool and spa. I’ve found them very reliable, responsive and affordable. Our service tech Jay Messman is always professional and he quickly troubleshoots problems and makes me aware of potential problems that might come up in the future. We’ve found that we can trust Jay to keep our pool and spa running at their peak performance and within our budget. I don’t normally post reviews; but, Jay’s professionalism and aptitude for servicing these older pools and spas just can’t be matched anywhere else. I know I’ve tried other companies with various hot tub and spa problems in the past and the service techs are completely incompetent or they are trying to sell you something that’s way overpriced and will inevitably damage your equipment so that you’ll need to upgrade. Thank you Northwest Hot Springs for having technicians like Jay and for keeping my equipment running but most importantly not trying to bankrupt me.
